Expansions

Valley's Project

• $750 Million expansion.
• Requires tearing down tow older structures and constructing three buildings.  
• New buildings will be 56 feet tall, but could have 24 feet of mechanicals on top reaching a total 80 feet.
• Constructions would begin with a 385-space parking deck on  Lin wood Avenue.
• Construction of the North Building will take approximately 3 1/2 years. Demolition of the Philips Building and construction of new parking would take 1 1/2 years.
• Project will add three beds to the 451- bed- facility.
• Total size after project completed: 1.4 million square feet.
